We're looking for a hardworking individual to join our team in the Outdoor Power Equipment department. This position is full-time. 

A typical workday includes:

- Talking to customers at the parts counter to determine what parts or work they need for their equipment

- Creating work orders 

- Liasing with our OPE service technicians to order parts and keep the customer updated on the status of their equipment

- Answering the phone, checking out customers at POS, receiving purchase orders, etc.

- Maintaining a clean work environment

Position requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 1 year working in the service industry

- Skilled with a computer and able to be trained on software systems for work orders and parts lookup

- Able to work full-time with weekend availability

- Skilled in communication with customers to provide a high level of customer service
